About tour
Individual walking tour along Arbat Street - the most iconic and most mysterious street in Moscow. “Here in the old lanes beyond the Arbat is a very special city…” – wrote the Russian writer Ivan Bunin. Magnificent architecture. An exciting mixture of eras, styles, destinies: Okudzhava and Tsoi, the Prague restaurant and the Vakhtangov theatre, boutiques and haunted houses… The unique atmosphere of the outgoing aristocracy – it’s not for nothing that the Arbat is called the cherry orchard of the capital…

Russian ballet is primarily a classical ballet that preserves the traditions of the 19th century. This does not mean that we do not have a modern ballet, we have one, and it is a very good modern ballet (for example, the Boris Eifman troupe). But it is classical ballet that is truly unique, because nowhere else in the world is it raised to such a high level.
